This proposal adds Merlin BTC, a leading Bitcoin Layer 2, to Kava Lend protocol. mBTC will have cosmos-sdk denom erc20/meson/mbtc. The new mBTC money market will start in deposit only mode (no borrows, zero collateral factor).
